USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS) is an online account based system of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that allows USCIS customers to view the applications and petitions they have submitted, receive e-notifications of decisions and case status updates online.

USCIS Immigrant Fee
USCIS immigrant fee must be paid by those who have received their immigrant visas. Those who receive their immigrant visas will not receive their green cards until they pay this fee, though they can travel as legal residents to the U.S. with their visas. The $165 USCIS immigrant fee can be paid through USCIS ELIS for the applicants and their family members immigrating with them to the U.S.
Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur
This form must be filed by foreign nationals investing in commercial enterprises in the U.S. to apply for conditional permanent resident status in the country. If their applications are approved, they will be issued EB-5 immigrant visas. Foreign investors can now file this form online on USCIS ELIS.
Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status
Form I-539 is the USCIS form that must be filed by B-1, B-2, F-1, M-1 and M-2 visa holders who are looking to extend their stay in the U.S. Similarly non-immigrant visa holders who seek to change their visa status to B-1, B-2, F-1, F-2, J-1, J-2, M-1 or M-2 can file this form. This form can also be used by F and M non-immigrants to apply for reinstatement of status.
