What is President Obama’s immigration reform plan all about? Who will qualify? When will his plan be implemented? These are few questions that are now popping up in the minds of many in the U.S.
The President announced his immigration reform plan on November 20. His plan will benefit a large group of undocumented adults and children. Approximately four million immigrants will be benefited from the new immigration plan. The new plan will focus on strengthening the border, putting an end to illegal immigration and deporting immigrants with crime records. However, this new rule will only grant the beneficiaries a temporary relief from deportation and will not grant them permanent legal status.
